Midwest City grew up on the east side of the metro around Tinker Air Force Base, and much of it is established: post-war neighborhoods with mature trees, settled yards and grades that have had decades to drift.

Drifted grades show up as standing water, soggy corners and washout along fence lines. We regrade and cut drainage that fixes the water problem without wrecking an established yard to do it.
